On Monday, operatives of the Department of State Services arrested Joe Ajaero, the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.
Ajaero was reportedly on his way to London to attend the Trade Union Congress conference. He is currently under investigation for alleged terrorism financing and other charges.
